The Internship 2017
Program Overview
The program includes a 2 week placement in different organisations in Seychelles followed by a fully funded trip to Mauritius should the participants fulfill all the deliverables expected of them. In Mauritius participants will learn about the initiatives in place there, as well as, substantial ocean related subjects such as mariculture.
Activities such as snorkeling or diving will be organised on the weekends to allow participants to socialise while also appreciating the ocean and all its wonders.
Each participant will be allocated a daily allowance for food and transport. For youth from Praslin and La Digue, do not hesistate to apply. We will pay for your journey to Mahe. However, we are unable to provide accommodation and strongly recommend lodging with family and friends.

Internship Duration
To cater to the varying needs of our applicants and to offer more places, this year SYAH has introduced two separate internship sessions. During the application process, applicants can choose which session best suits them according to their commitments. The two duration of the two sessions are as follows : Session 1: 21 st August - 8th September (Seychelles) Session 2: 11th December - 22nd December (Seychelles) The two sessions will be identical and the majority of organisations feature in both sessions.
