The Internship
Program Overview
The program includes a 2-3 week placement in different organisations in Seychelles followed by a fully funded trip to Mauritius should the participants fulfill all the deliverables expected of them. In Mauritius participants will learn about the initiatives in place there, as well as, substantial ocean related subjects such as mariculture.
Activities such as snorkeling or diving will be organised on the weekends to allow participants to socialise while also appreciating the ocean and all its wonders.
Each participant will be allocated a daily allowance for food and transport. For youth from Praslin and La Digue, there are some placements on Praslin reserved for you. If your placements are on Mahe, we strongly encourage lodging with family and friends. If this is not an option we will facilitate and assist in providing accommodation.
