The Minister for Environment, Energy and Climate Change announced to the National Assembly its intention to ban plastic bags in Seychelles. The SIDS Youth AIMS Hub- Seychelles has been invited to a multi-stakeholder committee to look at the implementation of the ban. #YouthInclusion #YouthVolution.

GETTING RID OF THE CANCER OF THE EARTH

Plastic has often been called the cancer of the Earth and the destruction they cause of the benefit of the ease of human kind is questionable. When assessing costs and benefit the balance must surely be tipping more on the long term cost of the effects of plastic bags in the world and the country.

How many plastic bags do you use in a week?
Each and every time you go buy an item at a shop you pick up a plastic bag.
